 This customized PVC panel making machine can be used to manufacture ceiling panel and door profile, ceiling and wall panels, and other irregular shape profile widely used in home internal decoration. 

This pvc ceiling panel extruder machine can be designed according to the requests of clients.
 This pvc ceiling panel extruder machine consists of SJ-65/25HY extruder, vacuum platform, 1.5m track drawing machine, automatic cutting machine, mold, stacking rack.

The profile production line are consisted of extruder, water tank/vacuum platform, haul off unit, cutter. PVC Corner Bead application:
 
The profile production line is used for UPVC windows and doors profile, soft PVC sealing strip. Corner bead with creased Reinforce FlangeProviding straight corners with wave margin and nail hole. Used over irregular surfaces. Plaster keys near nose for reinforcement where needed most. Corner Bead in plaster of engineering can be formed on the corner straight line against rupture or cracked, And protect the most vulnerable parts, mortar wing in it's network of any side, Can be reliably corner straight line uplift with plaster into all the depth.
